We has washer-dryer delivered and the washer was making extremely loud noises. Dedicated Appliance took our call at noon and were here at 3:00 PM. Andrew diagnosed the problem immediately (installer did not remove bolts holding in drum). He removed them, we did a test run and everything is great.
